This Policy shall ensure the equal rights and opportunities of all employees within the company regardless of gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, age, form of employment or social position. It shall also counteract and prevent all forms of harassment, discrimination or other abusive treatment of colleagues, employees, suppliers, customers and all existing external contacts.
EHRAB shall be a company that actively promotes and is characterized by gender equality, equality and diversity.
By acknowledging the differences of our employees and candidates, we at EHRAB believe that we can better meet our customers’ needs and we see diversity as a success factor in today’s society. We believe that a workplace with broad competence, different perspectives and diversity creates the conditions for our employees to grow as people and that it is the basis for the company’s success.
By equality and diversity, we at EHRAB mean that each individual is unique and that we should all be treated equally, respectfully and with dignity.
HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION
All employees of EHRAB have the right to work in a safe environment. EHRAB does not tolerate offensive, degrading, abusive, insulting or otherwise derogatory behavior and promotes a workplace that is free from sexual harassment. Such behavior is unacceptable, whether it occurs between colleagues or people doing business with or for the company, including guests, suppliers and customers.
Employees who violate this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, where applicable leading to termination of employment. Disciplinary action can be taken in cases of inappropriate behavior, even if that behavior does not constitute a violation of the law. Importantly, we all have a role in creating a positive, safe and respectful work environment. All employees must comply with and help enforce the company’s anti-harassment and discrimination policies and notify the supervisor, human resources representative, or EHRAB’s HR manager if they believe or saw that these policies have been violated.
