concrete suspicions. You do not need to have proof of your suspicion, but no accusation may be made with malicious intent, or with the knowledge that the accusation is false. False or malicious allegations are a serious offense.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7c7aad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d7c7aad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For a situation to be reported, there must be concrete suspicions about an event that meets both of the criteria below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>That it refers to a serious irregularity<\/li>\n<li>And that the irregularity has been committed by someone in EHRAB&#8217;s management, or by another key person in the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c4134a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c4134a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A report that meets both criteria above is referred to in EHRAB&#8217;s internal regulations as a qualified report and\/or as whistleblowing.<\/p>\n<p>Serious irregularities mean:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial crimes such as bribery, theft, fraud and forgery, corruption, accounting crimes, and other violations of accounting and tax laws.<\/li>\n<li>Other serious irregularities concerning EHRAB&#8217;s vital interests or the life and health of individuals, such as, for example, serious environmental crimes, major deficiencies in workplace safety, and very serious forms of discrimination and harassment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa39df2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aa39df2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The company&#8217;s management and\/or other key persons refer to the following persons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing Director of EHRAB Holding AB<\/li>\n<li>Member of the company management of EHRAB Holding AB<\/li>\n<li>Managing director in relevant subsidiary of EHRAB Holding AB<\/li>\n<li>Member of the company management in the relevant subsidiary of EHRAB Holding AB<\/li>\n<li>HR representative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b382b3c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b382b3c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>WHAT SHOULD NOT BE REPORTED?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Other types of cases than those shown above must instead be reported to the immediate manager or any other organizationally related person in a senior position. Alternatively through our Feedback function.<\/p>\n<p>Matters that should <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">not<\/span> be handled through whistleblowing are, for example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Events that do not constitute a serious irregularity in accordance with the above, for example, general dissatisfaction with the way the business is conducted, or with leadership, pay, or other personnel matters<\/li>\n<li>Serious irregularities committed by persons who are not part of EHRAB&#8217;s management or are not key persons in the company in accordance with the above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-178ae6a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"178ae6a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A report that does not meet the criteria for a report in the whistleblower system as described above, is referred to in EHRAB&#8217;s internal regulations as an unqualified report. An unqualified report will not be handled as whistleblowing.
