EHRAB ACTS UNDER THE PERSONUPPGIFTSLAGEN (PUL), (1998:204) IN SWEDEN.

EHRAB processes your personal information (1) to provide you with job placement services, (2) for staff administration purposes, (3) to maintain its contractual or business relationship with you and (4) for accounts & records. (5) to assess your suitability for a position or task and to provide you with training opportunities, (6) for personal improvement, selection and appraisal purposes, and to improve the quality and performance of the services that we provide; and (7) for the management and defense of legal claims and actions, compliance with court orders and other legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

EHRAB processes sensitive personal information only if required to comply with legal obligations or with your consent. We may disclose your personal information to our clients, other EHRAB branches, to subcontractors who perform services on our behalf, and where we are otherwise required to do so, such as by court order. Personal information pertaining to you may be transferred outside the E.U. to locations of EHRAB entities, our parent and sister companies and to clients relevant to the services that we are providing. EHRAB has taken steps to ensure that all information transferred receives an adequate level of data protection.
